ABOUT ME

Welcome! I'm Chantal, and I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges.

I understand that starting therapy can feel anywhere from daunting to exciting, but know that I am here to help support you through the process. My goal is to meet you where you are and take things one step at a time with you. I specialize in helping adults, both individuals and couples, navigate burnout, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship and communication issues, breakups, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and related challenges. I will use a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your specific needs and provide tools and strategies when appropriate to support you along the way.

One thing I truly believe is that feeling heard, understood, and accepted is essential for healing. I've seen firsthand how powerful it can be when someone really "gets” you, and I strive to offer genuine connection in our sessions. I believe everyone experiences moments of feeling completely alone, overwhelmed, or without someone to talk to—I know I have. Whether in the aftermath of recent trauma or grappling with events from decades ago, it's during these times of feeling lost, trapped, or isolated that seeking connection and support becomes most crucial.

I feel passionate about helping people discover their inner strength, their voice, and their worth. I also find joy in supporting others in living more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic lives.

My own background includes extensive research on burnout and recovery in critical care nurses. This work has given me a deep appreciation for the challenges faced by healthcare professionals, and I’m especially committed to supporting nurses and others in high-stress careers. I know the toll these jobs can take, and I’m here to help you find your path forward.

Why turning pages?

Exploring the past, being in the present, and preparing for the future

Growing up, I struggled to understand the world and found myself often escaping into books. This developed into a life-long love for stories and the knowledge contained within them.

Turning Pages is not only about how I understand my clients, but also how my clients can better understand themselves. Everyone has a story. Together, we can reflect on your story so far, and decide what you will write next.
